Las dos especies principales son la <strong>ar\u00e1bica<\/strong> (conocida por sus sabores suaves y complejos) y la <strong>robusta<\/strong> (conocida por su fuerza y amargor).<br>Honduras produce exclusivamente caf\u00e9 ar\u00e1bica, principalmente de las variedades Caturra, Catuai y Bourbon.
